PSE BOARD in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations
PSE BOARD has been granted special consultative status by the United Nations (UN), enabling PSE BOARD to actively engage with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and its subsidiary bodies, as well as the UN Secretariat, programs, funds and agencies.

As part of special consultative status, ECOSOC and its members may consult with PSE BOARD as a source of expert information with special competence by empowering people through pertinent skilling and assist in find the job opportunities based on their academic and technical background.

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), endeavors to create a sustainable and enabling skill ecosystem. In order to foster skill development across the country, NSDC provides funding support to enterprises, companies and organizations to build capacity by extending resources, technical assistance, thought leadership and knowledge management. Playing the role of a market-maker, NSDC is responsible for enhancing and strengthening the skill development initiatives and ensuring long-term stability and spurring growth.

PSEB is a NSDC Training Partner (TP) network of over 500 affiliates, 38 industry-led Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) and various enabling systems and initiatives, NSDC is a major contributor to the Skill India Mission.
