BECOME A MEMBER

You are on the verge of becoming a part of an extensive community consisting of skilled professionals spanning diverse sectors. Furthermore, with your membership, you will unlock access to a spectrum of resources and tools meticulously designed to enrich your career journey, commensurate with your membership tier.

Member Card

Each member will be categorized into one of three tiers: Basic, Skill, or Grad. Basic members who hold certification from any recognized board can apply for Tier 1. Additionally, individuals with a minimum of three years of experience and evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) may apply for Tier 2. Grad members, who possess at least five years of experience and have contributed to community development, in addition to providing proof of CPD, are eligible for Tier 3. Upon classification, members will receive a physical membership card corresponding to their tier. Annual renewal of these cards will be subject to the submission of CPD , other credentials deemed necessary.

Continuous Professional Development

Your continuous professional development is important. It shows your dedication toward industry and improve you in professional career. We provide guidance and resources to support you throughout your career and development.

Members Support

Members are vital for our existence and vice-versa. That's why we can offer very resonable membership and assessment fee, if any of our current or former members going through difficult times and falls under BPL category, we offer support in skilling and recruitments for sustainable growth.

Mentoring and Career Support

Hand holding and career guidance is in our DNA, we offer complete hand holding, including one-one session if necessary to mentees who are our member, you can sign for mentoring platform, as either a mentor or mentee. Both roles will allow you to maintain your CPD and increase your future employability.

*Grad members apart from TTT can apply for ATC (authorize training center)

SKILL CARD

The Skill Card initiative within the PSEB (Professional Skills Employment Board) is crafted to offer tangible recognition and benefits to its members and other eligible individuals seeking to leverage the unparalleled advantages of PSEB membership. Based on their level of experience, continuous professional development, and community engagement, members will receive either a white, yellow, or green card. Here's how it works:

White Card (Basic Member)

- The White Card is designated for Basic members who are in the early stages of their professional journey.
- It signifies their affiliation with PSEB and their commitment to professional development.
- Basic members may receive access to introductory resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship programs tailored to their educational and career needs.

Yellow Card (Skill Member)

- The Yellow Card is awarded to skill members who have demonstrated a certain level of proficiency and engagement within their respective fields.
- It indicates a higher level of involvement and expertise compared to basic members.
- Skill members may gain access to more advanced training modules, specialized workshops, and exclusive events aimed at honing their skills and expanding their professional network.

Green Card (Grad Member)

- The Green Card is the highest level of recognition within the Skill Card system, reserved for expert members who have attained a mastery level in their field.
- It symbolizes a significant level of expertise, leadership, and contribution to the PSEB community.
- Grad members may enjoy privileges such as priority access to industry conferences, leadership opportunities within PSEB committees, and exclusive collaborations with other esteemed professionals.

Overall, the Skill Card system aims to not only acknowledge members' dedication and progress but also to provide tailored support and resources at each stage of their professional development within the PSEB community.
